Billing
Our plans can be seen on our pricing page
For any billing issues please get in touch via our contact page
As PKG Deploy is a product run and created by Alt Code Limited, some billing emails may include this name instead of PKG Deploy for legal purposes.
Payments
Payments are to be made monthly using card payment or Paypal. Payments and subscriptions are processed via Paddle.com and each recurring payment will charge the credit card held on file used on checkout. Invoicing is not available. This is to make sure payments are secure, flexible and stress-free for both sides.
Please ensure the payment method is kept up to date and will be valid on your next billing date. Please see your Organisation settings page for actual dates and payment update links.
Missed payments
Missed payments for any reason need to be paid no later than 7 days after the due billing date. Payments will be retried after 3 days, 5 days and on the 7th day. After this time, if your payment has not been received, then your subscription will be paused and you will no longer be able to create any packages for this organisation.
If payment is not made within 30 days then access to packages hosted in any package repositories will be removed.
Updating payment details
Payment details can be updated at any time from within the Organisation settings page.
Change plans
To try and keep everything as simple as possible, if you change a plan it is your next bill which will be affected and Paddle will prorate the subscription costs accordingly.
Currently to upgrade or downgrade plans you need to contact us via the contact page.
When upgrading or downgrading plans your billing dates will remain the same. In other words Paddle will not charge or credit you the amount difference but instead the charge or credit will be reflected in the next billed amount (for the prorated amount of the previous cycle) along with the new subscription cost. For each subsequent monthly payment the normal subscription amount for the selected plan will be taken.
